Shipping and Delivery

Processing: Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery: We partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver your order. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier performance.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping. Please email us immediately at kshirapure.info@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
Returns: Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we generally do not accept returns once the seal is broken. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Kshira Pure does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. All products sold on this Site are manufactured by licensed third-party contract manufacturers (Amirav Herbals, Lic No.: GC/1953) and marketed/distributed by Kshira Pure. While we ensure our partners maintain the highest quality standards, any legal liability, claims, or damages arising out of manufacturing defects, formulation variations, or adverse skin reactions are the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturer. Kshira Pure acts strictly as the retail and marketing entity and shall not be held liable for third-party production discrepancies.
